Emergency Services

All casualty & medical services are available round the clock (24 x 7)

  • Duty Doctor is available round the clock.
  • Specialist doctors are available on call.
  • Emergency services are available for all specialties as listed in scope of services.
  • Emergency Operation Theatre is functional round the clock.
  • In in serious / critical cases, treatment management gets priority over paper work like registration and medico-legal requirements. The decision rests with the treating doctor.

Out Patient Department

In OPD’s specialists are available for consultations. OPD services are available on all working days excluding Sundays & Public Holidays.

Indoor Treatment

  • All patients are admitted in various wards of the hospital are treated as per the hospital policy. Admitted patients may contact Staff Nurse/ Nursing Incharge for any medical assistance they need.
  • Patients can select room category according to their choice like ‘Deluxe, Twin, Multi, General wards .
  • Diet is provided to all indoor patients.
  • Staff Nurses and resident doctors are on duty round the clock in the wards.
  • Every patient is given 1 attendant pass / 2 visitor passes depending upon class of accommodation.
  • Visitors are allowed only during Visiting timings. 
    ICU: Evening 4pm to 6pm & Wards: 4:00 pm to 6:30 pm
  • Visitors not allowed on 1st floor OT.

Information for Empanelled Corporate Patients

Cashless hospitalization facility is available only to corporate having official tie-up with the hospital.

  • Planned Hospitalization : The patient needs to submit the Credit letter from the corporate duly signed by the authorized signatory. The credit letter should mention the name of the patient, entitled class of accommodation and any other details as decided between the hospital and corporate.
  • Emergency Hospitalization : Incase of emergency, cashless admission can be granted on producing valid corporate identity card.

Please Note : 
Change in settlement type (from Cash to Corporate and vice versa) is allowed before discharge. 
Criteria of deciding emergency hospitalization will be by the hospital or as per the terms and conditions of the agreement between the hospital and corporate.
Follow-up for the authorization letter / enhancement letter is the sole responsibility of the patient.

Information for Empanelled Insurance Co’s & TPA Patients

Cashless hospitalization facility is available only to Insurance Co’s / TPA’s having official tie-up with the hospital.

  • Planned Hospitalization : The patient needs to submit the authorization letter from the TPA. Stipulated deposit needs to be paid in case credit letter is not submitted. 
  • Emergency Hospitalization : The patient needs to submit the preauthorization form from TPA Desk. Stipulated deposit needs to be paid in case credit letter is not submitted. whichever is earlier. Patient needs to contact TPA desk & stipulated deposit needs to pay at the time of admission.
  • Planned admission : OPD Consultation Paper, Investigation Reports, Current Policy Copy, Photo ID Proof, Employee ID card & any supporting documents for the diagnosis are required along with Cashless request form (Preauthorization Form). Patient needs to submit above documents minimum 3 days prior to date of admission.

Please Note :
Change in settlement type (from Cash to TPA and vice versa) is allowed before discharge. Assistance to initiate procedure for availing cashless facility is provided by the TPA assistance cell during working hours/days. 

Criteria of deciding emergency hospitalization will be by the hospital or as per the terms and conditions of the agreement between the hospital and TPA/Insurance Co.

Follow-up for the authorisation letter / enhancement letter is the sole responsibility of the patient.

You have to make a deposit at the time of admission. At the time of bill settlement by the TPA the deposit will be refunded once the payment is received by the hospital after deducting the expenses not sanctioned / remitted by the TPA.
