The case of uterine fibroid done at Hira Mongi Navneet Hospital.

A 50 year old female housewife with previous two LSCS presented to department of Gynaecologist with lower abdominal swelling noticed since 06 months accompanied by frequent urination. No menstrual cycle problem evidenced.
The examination and investigation revealed large fibroid uterus extending up to umbilicus.
Procedure done total abdominal hysterectomy with bil salpingopherectomy.
The uterus and both fallopian tubes and ovaries were removed.
The whole surgery was assisted by skilled Anaesthetist along with team and nurses and ward boys.
